Return your purchase in the first 5 days upon arrival, in the original package received from the designer or partner boutique, except for made to orders.

Library collection

  • You receive your order on the first day of your booking. 
  • It could happen that you receive your item earlier, don't worry, this will not affect the end date of your booking.
  • All pieces are delivered by partner shipping services. Read more about our delivery service. During the festive season library collection pieces are delivered by uber, or bolt, depending on your location. 

RETURN YOUR BOOKINGS; We hope you Have limitless stories.

Return your library collection piece on the last day of your booking. If this is a Sunday, you may return on a Monday (to ensure shipping)

 

Please use the return in the original package. Stick it over the old label. Then, take your parcel to the designer’s atelier, or send it through shipping services. If your booking ends on a Sunday, you may return it on a Monday.
